Lynn Nye, PhD President Known in the industry for her sound strategic thinking, Lynn has directed multiple promotional and medical education initiatives in the healthcare arena. Over the past 25 years, she has contributed to diverse therapeutic areas while working on national and international programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, and device companies that include AstraZeneca, Agouron/Pfizer, Baxter, CancerVax, Chiron, Elan, Galderma, Genentech, Genitope, Genzyme, Human Genome Sciences, IDEC, INAMED, Medicis, Novacea, Roche, TAP Pharmaceutical, and Takeda. Lynn began her career in England, earning an MS in biochemistry and a PhD in immunology at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London and the Middlesex Hospital Medical School of London University, respectively. After working in several of the major London teaching hospitals, she joined the diagnostics division of Corning Medical in the UK and subsequently relocated to the US, where she was promoted to Worldwide Marketing Manager. From 1996 to 2003, Lynn served as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, at Biogenesis/Torre Lazur McCann Healthcare West, and from 2003 to 2007, she was Managing Director of Helix Medical Communications in San Diego. [back to top] Art Nagano Creative Director Recognized nationally for his award-winning work in medical advertising and promotion, Art brings extensive consumer and healthcare experience to the team. In addition to serving as Creative Director at Medical Minds, Art is also Managing Partner and Co-Creative Director of our partner agency Red Marketing Communications. He has served for more than 20 years in key creative management positions in such major West Coast healthcare agencies as 1Health Communcations; Biogenesis/Torre Lazur McCann Healthcare West; and Baxter, Gurian & Mazzei/BBDO. His diverse experience in the healthcare industry spans multiple therapeutic categories, including allergy, asthma, dermatology, diabetes, hepatitis, HIV, nephrology, obesity, ophthalmology, and oncology. Art was educated at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, and serves on the Art Center Alumni Board of Directors. He began his career in consumer advertising working on brands such as Seven-Up Foods, McDonnell Douglas Computer Network, Lexus, and Toyota. He also spent 2 years as design director at International Design Associates in Tokyo, Japan, working on major consumer accounts. [back to top]
